Why can it sometimes take 2 or 3 cleans to get optimum results?

There are two reasons for this:

If your window cleaner has always used a traditional bucket and squeegee approach, it's likely your windows are covered in a film of detergent, which can cause pure water to spot. This means it may take us 2 or 3 cleans to fully remove the film. Only once we've removed the film will you benefit from the sterilising effects of heated pure water, which means your windows will stay cleaner for longer.

As traditional window cleaners often neglect frames, dirt builds up behind the beads and on the frames. So, following the final rinse, dirty water can seep out and leave nasty streaks. This process is called 'leaching'. Unlike other window cleaning individuals and companies who just use the excuse that it will take 2 or 3 cleans to get good results, at h2o our trained and meticulous operatives will double rinse all windows and frames on a first time clean to ensure you get brilliant results from day one.
